Abstract
This paper studies how to realize the color matching of opaque products through a computer method. Firstly, the data rules of K/S value and concentration of different colorants are fitted based on the least squares method. Then, the total color difference in the CIELAB uniform color space is calculated as the measure of the difference between the sample and the target sample. To realize the color matching of opaque products, the GA-K/M color matching model is adopted to obtain the 10 different formulations closest to the color difference of the 10 target samples through the Hungarian matching algorithm improved. We have presented the vast potential of applying the Hungarian matching algorithm in color matching for opaque products. Finally, the model will be extended, and the optimal color scheme will be found under the constraints of cost control, colorant quantity control and the formula color difference.
