Abstract
A large signal nonlinear averaged model of buck ZCS-QRC is established by using the averaging method for discontinuous systems with two time scales (AMDTTS). The validity of the application of this method is verified by showing that the assumptions, under which AMDTTS can be justified, are strictly fulfilled by the converter model. The accuracy of the averaged model is guaranteed by the fact that the parameter values of resonant elements are much smaller than that of the filter elements. Analytic derivation of the static characteristics and simulated dynamic responses show that the averaged model is a very good continuous approximation of the original piecewise liner model.ETX
