Abstract
It is of great significance to identify the key lines in power grid and to detect and upgrade these key lines. The existing key power line identification models are focused on presenting an index to characterize the distribution or order of key lines in power system at a single moment. However, for actual system, the distribution of power flow is different at different times. It is inevitably one-sided that the key power line is determined by the importance evaluation at a single time. Therefore, time dimension is considered and a key power line identification model based on dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision method is proposed. On the basis of establishing a dynamic line evaluation system, the time weights are added and the key power line identification results of comprehensive evaluation in a certain period of time are obtained. The analysis of a practical power grid shows that the identification results of the model are reasonable and effective. It will provide a more comprehensive decision-making method for the prevention of long-term important link fault and the promotion of the power grid.
