Abstract
In order to achieve checking the state of the foster Succulent plants at any time and implement the accurate positioning of the mobile camera, this paper designs a mobile monitoring system with a camera. The mechanical part of the movable monitoring system consists of a linear guide rail, a mobile slide equipped with a camera, and a servo motor drive system. Siemens 1200 series PLC is used as the controller of the system, and Panasonic MHMJ022G1U servo motor and Panasonic A5 series MADHT1507E02 driver are used as the power supply of the system. Input the sample sending area that the customer needs to view through the HMI simulation client side, and the mobile camera can complete the precise positioning of the foster care area under the control of the control system, and open the camera in the designated area for image acquisition and transmission. Through the application analysis of the mobile monitoring system, this paper verifies the accuracy and stability of the system. This design system can be widely used in the fields of Succulent lants partition sampling, Succulent plants positioning and planting, etc.
