The emergence of Internet technology, as well as the development of a variety of information technologies with it as a representation has brought revolutionary management concept and management tools for the enterprise, has broke the information barriers between enterprise sectors and enterprises, and established a highly unified, coordinated information-sharing platform and collaborate. This paper develops and implemented a network collaborative commerce platform model design, gives the system application solutions, and conducts a system model design, including the system design goals, platform physical structure and overall architecture.
