Abstract
To evaluate the risk of scientific cognitive value deviation due to irrational factors in scientific research, the system of evaluation which including 11 irrational factors in scientific research and five levels of evaluation is created based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method optimized by Uncertainty Measurement Theory. First, the arithmetic mean value of data of preliminary study serves as the weight of the evaluation indicator and the matrix of fuzzy subordinate relation is gained from the definite weighted functions. Then, the comprehensive risk level of the testing object is gained following the Credible Degree Recognition Criterion. Finally, the simulation tests of 4 groups of data from random function verify that the assessment results are the same by two way of Credible Degree Recognition Criterion and the accuracy of judging comprehensive risk level by the optimized Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is higher than one by the general Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.
