Abstract
In this paper, we proposed a nondestructive testing technique based on terahertz frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) synthetic aperture radar (SAR), combined with range migration algorithm (RMA) for imaging detection of PMI insulating foam applied to aerospace field. The results show that the method is capable of detecting and imaging the interior of the foam and can improve the image resolution.
