With the rapid development of computer graphics, the importance of battlefield visualization in information warfare is becoming increasingly obvious. As a component of the battlefield visualization system, military plotting system of battlefield image reflects natural environment, humanistic environment, military targets, military operations and other detailed information. This research mainly aims at the shortcomings of the existing military plotting system, which are secondary development and convenience, so a new military plotting system framework based on AutoCAD secondary development is proposed and the new military plotting system has been developed. The functions of the system have been verified by practice.
