Abstract
The research article has researched the literature in order to examine how machine learning is used and how it affects organizational performance. The Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) strategy aids machine learning and boosts worker productivity in a global company. In addition, it has been found that businesses can increase employee trust in the organization by promoting BYOD programs. The adoption of a BYOD strategy can improve employee satisfaction and boost transparency inside organizations. Additionally, a literature analysis has included pertinent data on the application of ML to organizational standards. Additionally, it made use of a sound theoretical framework to improve discussions about the appropriate study setting. To assess the influence of ML in the workplace, 50 employees from diverse sectors participated in an online survey for the purpose of collecting primary data using non-probability sampling. In order to gather secondary data, this study will analyze pertinent books, magazines, papers, and annual reports of businesses to produce a detailed analysis of the effects of machine learning (ML) on employee productivity within organizational standards. The analysis of the primary data in this study will ensure that the discussion of the context is appropriate.
