Abstract
In planetary exploration missions, unstable volcanic areas, mine search or bomb disposal missions, earthquake sites for rescue people, nuclear reactor accidents, introducing a robot with artificial intelligence is crucial. Here, we describe the performance of a mobile terrain robot with swing mechanism and 24-wheel, which works with fuzzy logic by Mamdani inference method. Mamdani fuzzy inference was applied in control with fuzzy logic from artificial intelligence applications since this method is convenient to human senses, and it forms the basis of other fuzzy models. It is ensured that the robot can give the optimum response without the need for external intervention during the mission. With the suspension system of the 24-wheel robot (multi-stage bogie), it has been tested to move through rough terrain without vibration its torso during the mission.
