Abstract
With the climax of the global information revolution, the knowledge economy and sustainable development have attracted wide attention. The purpose of this paper is to make full use of modern electronic information technology, computer technology and communication technology to realize information sharing and unified management of intelligent buildings. Reduce the number of managers, improve management efficiency and reduce the quality requirements for managers. Using the enhanced 3D point cloud model, the image boundary line is converted into spatial boundary line, and the spatial boundary line is closed, so as to obtain more accurate characteristic boundary line. In this paper, firstly, the point with small curvature change between the planes around the vertex is selected, and then it is merged with its adj acent vertices. This method of vectorization simplification according to grid direction is equivalent to adding error discrimination method on the basis of shortest edge first simplification. By using Internet/Intranet, Web services and other technologies and SOA design framework, this paper proposes a building information management system based on grid 3D building model. The test data show that our algorithm has a great improvement in controlling the geometric error of simplification, which is about 6.81 % higher than the comparison, especially when the degree of simplification is large, the effect is more obvious.
