Abstract
The population of the planet is increasing exponentially, however, the resources are restricted to meet the necessity for food. The farmers incessantly plan to increase the assembly of crops not solely by natural fertilizers however conjointly with the assistance of a duplicate of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Many chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides are accustomed to defending the crops from any reasonably hurt caused by insects, and fungi. These could result in a rise in production however debase the standard of food. The big use of fertilizers and pesticides these chemicals enters the organic phenomenon and ultimately causes bio-toxicity. We tend to consume intensive similar fruits and a vegetable and that they adversely affect on our health. Thus, we want a conveyable device that will analyze the organic parts of the eatable substance. This method study focuses on crucial organic as well as inorganic parts of the eatable so the buyer could grasp whether the vegetable is suitable to consume or not. This study includes a device that detects the chemical residue present on vegetables or fruits with the assistance of infrared spectroscopy. The device would show the quantitative relation of organic parts to inorganic parts on the basis of normalized difference vegetation index. The buyer will use this quantitative relation to find less harmful vegetables to eat.
