Abstract
We demonstrated an optoelectronic frequency hopping system in the 300-GHz band using a tunable DFB laser array and an antennas-integrated UTC-PD chip. The experimental result exhibited a fast-hopping speed of 4.4 GHz/ms in the 300-330 GHz range, which shows great potential for THz secure communication.
