Abstract
The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is the key technology in genome-based biological analysis, and has revolutionized many life science applications like medical diagnostics, food hygiene, and anti bio terrorism. For the practical applications of PCR, one of the most important key factors is the time of data acquisition. Thus we have developed novel rapid real-time PCR-based nucleotide sequence measurement method, which have a possibility applied to rapid gene analysis such as sanitary survey or gene diagnosis.
