Abstract
IT has preceded through four phases like other technologies: experimental, exotic, manufacturable, and ubiquitous. IT Professional has been in existence since IT has become ubiquitous. A brief history of IT through these phases is reviewed, highlighting “Mastermind” articles relating to each phase.
