Abstract
This paper presents a new heat engineering device, which allows decreasing human body temperature and rapid recovering of normal temperature conditions after high-temperature treatment. Here we describe actuality of new device creation, provide its design description, operating principle and specifications. Also we present experimental investigations performed for obtaining the device specifications. The experimental data show relation between heat amount, transferred from human palm to water environment and antropometric parameters of this man.
