Abstract
This research aims at a health monitoring system that uses the Internet of Things (IoT) and Arduino to improve care that is given from afar. Hardware parts of the system include Arduino microcontrollers, a number of health sensors (for temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation), and communication modules for sending and collecting data in real time (including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth). To find trends and problems in health, the software part includes advanced data analysis, data collection, and safe data transmission. The method worked because it was tested on data from forty patients that included important health indicators. The information given was very important for improving the system and showing how it could be used in real life. 5 unique layers are developed in the architecture of the system for processing and transferring the data with speed and accuracy. Dimensions such as energy conservation and safety are also embedded and ensured.
