Abstract
A 10 V programmable Josephson voltage standard (PJVS) was developed at VNIIM on the basis of a Supracon 10 V chip. The current margins for the first Josephson step are close to 1 mA. This programmable system was directly compared with a conventional dc Josephson voltage standard (JVS) based on 10 V PTB chip in the range from 1 mV to 10 V.
