Abstract
The charging process of lithium-ion battery in wireless charging system of electric vehicle needs to go through constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) charging stages. In this paper, a new topology of reconfigurable wireless charging system based on hybrid topology is proposed to realize CC and CV outputs. The system only needs to add four relays. After opening the corresponding two relays, the system can switch between CC and CV modes respectively. In addition, the system can design its own gain in CC and CV output modes. At the same time, the magnetic coupling mechanism proposed in this paper can realize horizontal and vertical deflection, and the deflection rate reaches 83.33%. During the deflection process, the output voltage and current, the power and efficiency of the system output are relatively stable. In this paper, an experimental prototype with the highest efficiency of 94.52% is developed, and the effectiveness of the designed system can be verified from the experimental structure.
