Abstract
In the movement of microfoundations, in order to understand a performance at an organizational level, researchers must focus on individuals and think that it is necessary to understand them in terms of basic behaviors, characteristics such as interactions, etc. This paper proposes a lens to view knowledge creation processes, which are individual centric, not organization centric, and tries to provide a concept model that can explain realities that cannot be grasped directly by the conventional organizational knowledge-creation theory.
