Abstract
The scope of natural frequencies is essential in the field of the gas turbines and the modal characteristics have to meet the required conditions. The proposed article is focused on the comparison of the harmonic analysis in ANSYS APDL software and the experimental test for the turbine blade. The information about the natural frequency is essential for the proper operation of the jet engine in order to create a Campbell diagram, etc. An object of the investigation is the turbine blade of a small experimental jet engine. The paper deals with the results of real measured frequencies for the turbine blade of iSTC-21v jet engine. The natural frequencies of the turbine blade are estimated using finite element analysis and experimentally.
