Abstract
For people with disabilities to learn and develop new ideas for making patients' lives easier when there is no caretaker present, assistive technology is a crucial aspect. This paper focuses on the most recent methods for evaluating patients' emergency responses in life-or-death situations using soft cyborg systems. When compared to other people with disabilities, employ a hand glove kit with helpful tools to take the essential action. More than 350 people have participated in experiments employing convolution neural networks and fuzzy logic on the child up to 18 age range. When compared to systematic results, the issue will be approached to address the issue of care providers for subjects who have disabilities. In this research, the design of a telemedicine monitoring system is provided along with an analysis of the application situation. The physiological parameter acquisition terminal, the Android mobile phone monitoring terminal, and the remote monitoring centre are the three components of the telemedicine monitoring system. The system, which depends on a wireless network, has some practical implications for the development of a telemedicine monitoring terminal system. The ease and flexibility of communication between patients and medical staff enhances the effectiveness of medical treatment and prevention.
