Abstract
This paper makes a comparison study of three 1-bit reconfigurable metasurfaces. Aimed at applying in low-cost phased array antenna, the three metasufaces adopt one PIN diode in each element and have a relatively large periodicity. Simulation results suggest that these three metasurfaces achieve 1-bit reflection phase with low loss and one of them has both lowest loss and widest working band.
