Abstract
Power load characteristic index is an industry index defined to describe the economic level of load safety, load characteristics and load variation law. It is an important reference for power grid dispatching and planning departments to make decisions. In this paper, the grey correlation analysis method is used to evaluate the influence degree of meteorological, economic, holiday and other external influencing factors on some key load characteristic indexes, excluding the influence factors with low correlation degree, establishing the multiple linear and nonlinear regression model of load index and its related influencing factors, and using the least square to solve the coefficient, realize the prediction of medium and long term load characteristic indexes. Finally, this paper makes a case study by using multiple data of regional load, climate and economy.
