Abstract
Reliability-focused relay protection analysis is designed to determine equipment maintenance needs, develop and optimize maintenance strategies, and determine that the relay protection is operating normally and trouble-free at the specified time and environment in order to maintain the optimal operating performance of the relay protection. The reliability of traditional fault tree and relay protection is considered in this paper. T-S fuzzy fault tree is established from top to bottom, and T-S gate fuzzy rules are formulated according to expert experience to determine the fuzzy possibility of the upper event fault and the probability importance of the lower event. Finally, it is verified that the proposed method can overcome the shortcomings of traditional fault tree in dealing with fuzzy information and the uncertainty of fault mechanism.
