Abstract
This article presents a comprehensive guide for the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), a softwarebased solution that automates routine processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. From a software development implementation cycle perspective, the phases to be taken into account when implementing RPA are addressed. Each phase is examined in detail, providing the necessary steps for a successful implementation.
