Abstract
Technology maturity evaluation is an important guide for the development of technological innovation in a country or an industry. This paper examines the maturity of power technologies in the context of building a new power system in China, based on the definition of technology maturity; Firstly, the system decomposition of electric power technology is combined with WBS, and the technology system is decomposed into technology units, then the index system of technology maturity evaluation is constructed from three aspects of technology state, integration state and system state for the technology units, and the classical domain is determined to evaluate the maturity of electric power technology by constructing the Matter-element extension model, and finally the feasibility of the method proposed in this paper is verified by the example analysis verification of DC circuit breaker technology system. The method proposed in this paper has certain significance for the innovative development of power technology under the new power system.
