Informatics Investment is done with the intention of expecting regular return and appreciation in the value what the investor has invested. Investment avenues are available for the investor for making investment. Saving is the act of putting away money for a future expense or need. In the fast moving world, to meet the medical emergencies, increase in the cost of inflation index or to any unforeseen events makes people to realise the need of sources of fund. Investment of money in any one of the investment avenues will yield some return and appreciation in the investment which will support them at the time of emergency and contingency. Safety and liquidity are the two important elements which is playing an important role for selecting an investment alternative. Most of their savings and investment are in the fear of their survival during their old age and unsecured job. An exertion is made in this study to analyse the reasons for making investment and also to study the investment regimen of investor.
