Abstract
Scientific and industrial research has a great interest in the abyss and the seabed. The sea depths, in fact, are an environment that lends itself to satisfying various human desires for knowledge ranging from astroparticle physics to biology, they are a point of interest for economic purposes such as the extraction of minerals and are indispensable for the internet interconnection between the various continents. In various cases it is necessary, sometimes even temporarily, to supply power to the devices necessary for the various purposes. This paper describes a high-capacity battery pack as autonomous supply system used in deep sea waters in the contest of the KM3NeT project [1], [2].
