Abstract
The test of the first LARP (LHC Accelerator Research Program) Long Quadrupole is a significant milestone toward the development of ${\rm Nb}_{3}{\rm Sn}$ quadrupoles for LHC (Large Hadron Collider) Luminosity Upgrades.
