Abstract
The proposed system is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use, both for instructors and exam takers. Instructors can set up exams, create questions, and monitor the exam process in real-time, while exam takers have a secure and easy-to-use interface for taking the exam. The system also features a customizable alert system that notifies instructors of any suspicious activity, allowing them to take appropriate action to ensure academic integrity. Physical testing facilities are also unnecessary thanks to the development of a web-based automated exam system that can identify and flag harmful conduct to ensure a fair proposal for exams with specific technical specifications. The key components of tracking based on vision include lip movement, phone identification, the detection of extra subjects in the frame, and more. The system’s capabilities include real-time monitoring of the exam process and analytics to aid instructors in monitoring and evaluating the exam process. The system also eliminates the need for physical examination centers, making it a more convenient and accessible option for remote learning. The proposed online exam proctoring system is a significant step forward in the automation of exam processes and the maintenance of academic integrity, ensuring that exam results are reliable and unbiased, and academic standards are maintained.
