Abstract
This paper studies the complex pattern recognition and understanding model in English linguistics based on random walk and measure analysis algorithm. Concept retrieval breaks through the defects of mechanical matching limited to surface form, and recognizes and processes users' retrieval requests from the level of conceptual meaning expressed by words. Concept is a generalization of the essential characteristics of objective things, which is expressed through conceptual description elements such as words, words, and phrases. With this theoretical background, this research work discusses about the novel algorithm of random walk and measure analysis algorithm. The designed model is applied to the complex pattern recognition and understanding model in the English linguistics. Through the systematic testing, the performance of the model is validated.
