Abstract
This research analyzes the main design parameters of microfluidic lab-chip device dedicated for detecting heavy metals in water samples. Mathematical model of a potentiometric microfluidic sensor, which includes the heat and mass transfer, fluid flow and ion exchange processes was developed and solved by FEM CAE tool
