Abstract
Actual research presents numerical simulation which has been run to define the acoustic forces and appropriate pressure distribution profile in a rectangular microfluidic channel. Standing acoustic wave was generated by standard IDT pair, formed on different piezoelectric substrates. The main aim of the numerical calculations was analyzing the stability of pressure nodes position for different Lab-chip design factors and operating parameters.
