Abstract
As aluminum alloy sheet welding needs accurate control of heat, and the traditional fixed PID controller cannot improve the input adaptability and anti-interference ability of arc welding power supply. To realize the control and process optimization of aluminum alloy welding thin plate, the pulse MIG welding process commonly used in aluminum alloy welding was improved by using PID parameter fuzzy self-tuning controller, he pulse MIG welding technology commonly used in aluminum alloy welding was improved by accurately measuring welding instantaneous energy and optimizing control algorithm. The results showed that the trapezoidal wave with low frequency modulation frequency of 2 Hz was stable and the weld was good, which would provide the basis for the pulse MIG welding of aluminum alloy sheets below 2 mm.
