Abstract
In order to meet the requirements of robots cooperation in intelligent manufacturing, a cooperative scheduling system for mobile robots cluster was designed and built based on openTCS. The architecture and components of the cooperative scheduling system for mobile robots cluster were proposed and multi-robot collaborative SLAM was discussed. Furthermore, the scheduling system was built and tested in industrial material handling scenario. The test shows the system is compatible with various types of mobile robots and can complete material handling tasks efficiently, which has high engineering practical value.
