Abstract
Tobacco plays an important role in people's lives, and tobacco is also a major pillar of the national economy. In order to be able to quickly and efficiently complete the sorting of various cigarettes, it is very important to develop an efficient and reliable tobacco logistics sorting system. In recent years, due to its exquisite appearance, soft smoke, diverse flavor, low tar and low nicotine content, the sales volume and specifications of fine cigarettes have shown explosive growth, so sorting this type of tobacco is also a focus of the tobacco industry. Efficiency is the most important indicator in the tobacco logistics sorting system, and how to sort different types of cigarettes to make the highest efficiency is a question worth exploring. In order to study the sorting efficiency of different types of cigarettes, this paper uses Plant Simulation software to model and simulate the proposed tobacco logistics sorting scheme, so as to explore how to improve the sorting efficiency.
