Abstract
In recent years, China's electric power safety supply accidents have occurred frequently. This research attempts to extract the key influencing factors, analyze the main driving forces, and the power supply issues from the perspective of cost diversion. This research constructed a multi-factor Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) coal price prediction model to analyze the changes in coal prices. Then a Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE) model for coal-fired power generation was established, and different scenarios were set up for cost analysis. Finally, from the perspective of cost fluctuations of power generation enterprises, suggestions are put forward on the issue of safe power supply in China.
