In the context of digitalization, information systems have become more and more intelligent and convenient. Due to non-standard operations and convenient personal access and testing, employees illegally build the data information of the company's information system on the intranet, which makes the information system have greater security risks. To this end, this paper designs a set of information system information security hidden danger monitoring tools to automatically collect website information, analyze and identify processing through information, send early warning signals to suspected targets, and customize logs. The company's internal self-built system has been continuously and effectively monitored and checked using this tool. The illegal system shut down promptly to avoid information security issues that may cause irreparable economic losses.
