Abstract
In recent years, nanomaterials have gained widespread attention in the field of biomedicine. Among them, selenium nanomaterials are gradually becoming a research hotspot due to their bioactivity, bioavailability and unique regulatory effects on the normal functioning of plant and animal substrates. However, the research on selenium nanomaterials is still in its infancy. Many selenium nanomaterials have single efficacy and limited effects. The construction of selenium nanocomposites can enrich their functionality and improve their therapeutic efficiency. Based on this, this paper focuses on the application of selenium nanocomposites in antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and cancer therapy fields. The authors hope that this review will provide theoretical guidance for the construction and clinical translation of selenium nanocomposites.
