Abstract
We fabricated a photodetector on GeS nanosheets and investigated their photocurrent properties. The photocurrent increases with increased laser power, and the calculated responsivity is 113 A/W. The real-time photo response curves are monitored with high response speed. We also revealed a GeS flexible device with good photoresponse for the first time. These results confirm the assertive switching behavior of GeS and thus make it most suitable for rigid and flexible optoelectronic and photodetector applications.
