Abstract
The long term goal of the work described in this paper is to develop a scalable silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) array technology with back-side contacts to facilitate integration with scintillating crystals used in positron emission tomography (PET) imaging applications. We refer to the proposed device back-side contact, scalable SiPM (BCS_SiPM) array.
