Abstract
Nowadays, the complexity of the network connectivity is growing, and new services are continually being integrated. These methods require a guarantee about throughput, how much of an impact they may have. Hence, optimizing MPLS network performance on Linux and FreeBSD is a primary objective of this review.Due to the need to establish performance measurements, we focused on MPLS network performance in this research. In order to determine which operating system performed better than the other in this domain, we utilised those that were implementing the MPLS architecture to assess performance. This article compares IPv4 and IPv6 performance using a Linux MPLS tunnel. For IPv4 and IPv6 organization that is viable, MPLS Linux burrowing is used to move IPv6 data stream across IPv4 organization. In both TCP and UPD traffic stream, execution boundaries including jitter, datagram/bundle misfortune, and transmission capacity were analysed.
