Abstract
Among the management tasks to be solved, it is necessary, first of all, to single out the task of assigning performers to work. Its comprehensive solution, based on the assessment of the performers' skills, makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the system by means of their optimal distribution among jobs. The article presents a formalized description of the task of managing the serving socio-economic system, which differs by taking into account the priority of incoming tasks and providing a unified description of management processes. The task is to distribute optimally the teams according to tasks, taking into account their priority, deadlines and skills required to complete them. An algorithm has been developed for the optimal distribution of performers by work, taking into account the specifics of the skills necessary for their implementation, as well as the priority, which will ensure the automation of the process of making managerial decisions to improve the efficiency of the service system.
