Abstract
Such method of training as training on the workplace, continuing education, whether it is training, retraining or advanced training, does not lose its relevance nowadays. However, the issue of rationalized and optimal allocation of the budget for training and development of employees, the choice of approaches to budget formation causes multiple disputes and discussions. The article deals with the automation of procedures for classifying service staff of complex multifunctional processes. These procedures are necessary for optimizing organizational tasks during the maintenance of high-tech equipment. The possibility of optimizing service processes based on the parameters set by the requirements for performing a certain type of work and the qualifications of service groups is considered.
