Abstract
We demonstrated a CVD Graphene near-infrared photodetector based on the photo-thermo-electric effect integrated on a Si 3 N 4 waveguide. The device is based on a split-gate induced pn junction working at zero bias and with bandwidth >40GHz. © 2019 The Author(s)
