Abstract
Automatic compensation techniques have become the research hotspots of wireless power transfer (WPT). In this article, a circuit with an automatic tuning function for WPT system is designed to maintain constant voltage under a shift in resonate frequencies. The proposed WPT system using LCC-S topology with automatic tuning assist circuit (ATAC) shows better antioffset performance and output characteristics compared to the conventional LCC-S topology. To make it easier to get the drive signal, ATAC's topological position is optimized. According to simulation and experiment results, more stable power and higher efficiency can be obtained by using LCC-S topology for receivers under frequency shift conditions than conventional LCC-S topology.
