Abstract
With the access of high proportion of new energy and power electronic equipment, the harmonic problem of the power system cannot be ignored, and it is necessary to study the transfer function of the harmonic measurement system, so as to accurately analyze the harmonic situation of the primary side. The key of the measurement system lies in the transfer characteristics of current and voltage transformers. This paper mainly studies the equivalent model and transfer function of the traditional capacitive voltage transformer under harmonic conditions, and proposes a hybrid optimization algorithm based on particle swarm algorithm and genetic algorithm for parameter estimation of stray capacitance under harmonic conditions. By studying the transfer characteristics of capacitive voltage transformers under harmonic conditions, the measured data can be compensated to obtain accurate harmonic voltages on the primary side of the power system.
