Abstract
At present, there is a lack of unified standards and procedures for patrol inspection of distribution network, the patrol strategy/task needs to be formulated manually, and the patrol path is also freely developed by the patrol personnel, which is affected by the level of personnel, and is prone to the absence of important patrol items/inadequate patrol of some equipment and so on. This paper comprehensively considers the important level and real-time status of distribution equipment, determines the different inspection levels of distribution equipment, and forms a differentiated inspection strategy for distribution equipment in combination with the benchmark inspection cycle. A heuristic function considering traffic information is proposed, and path optimization with the shortest time spent on inspections is achieved. The correctness and effectiveness of the optimization design method of the power distribution equipment inspection strategy are verified by example.
