Abstract
We present an efficient framework based on integral equation for evaluating the interaction between an incident electromagnetic field and a metasurface consisting of dielectric layers and conductor parts. We enforce the radiation, continuity, and boundary conditions in the spatial-spectral domain, i.e., for plane wave components. Subsequently, we numerically evaluate the spatial electromagnetic fields via inverse spatial Fourier transform. We present the detailed derivation of the method, supplemented with the equations required to obtain the field components in the Fourier domain. Numerical examples are also provided, comparing the results against full-wave simulations.
